Jay H. Matsushiba is a environmental professional with a strong background in geospatial data analytics. He is a specialist in Geospatial Information Systems. He has harnessed his skills to support local communities and conservation. He has a vision where knowledge creates harmony between communities and their environment. He brings that vision and his skills to North Shield Environmental as a Director and Senior Geospatial Specialist. He provides leadership and cutting-edge insight to the North Shield team.

Project Coordinator
Shantanu Dutt is a environmental professional with a background in envrionmental research and consulting. He has a very diverse knowledge base and specializes in ecological restoration, environmental analytics and project design. At North Shield Environmental, he uses his skills and experience in the role of Project Coordinator to develop and oversee projects. He provides the team with scientific insight, guidance on industry practices and providing project specific logistics.
